construction details

  • Wooden Door Frame made from Hardwood Mirandi / Teak Wood as per requirement.
  • Door Shutter – Internal Frame made of Hardwood with facing of 3mm thick commercial ply or Teak Veneer on both faces
  • Shutter Insulation – Sandwich type Fire rated mineral wool treated with fire retardant sealant & Calcium silicate board.
  • Vision Panel – 2Hrs fire rated clear glass
  • Intumescent fire / smoke seal 10x4mm at all three sides of door frame and shutters except bottom.
